Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase made on topnextor.com within 14 days, without giving any reason, under Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). This right does not apply to purchases made by businesses or professionals (buyers with a VAT number).

1. Withdrawal period

The 14-day period starts on the day you, or a person you indicate (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods. For orders with several items delivered separately, it starts when you receive the last item. For services, it starts on the day the contract is concluded.

2. How to withdraw

To exercise your right, send us a clear statement of your decision before the period expires:

• by email to info@topnextor.com; or
• by registered letter to 3000 S.R.L., Via Filippo Saporito 54, 81031 Aversa (CE), Italy.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. Please include your order number to help us process your request quickly. We will confirm receipt by email.

3. Returning the goods

You must return the goods without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal, to: [return address, if different from the registered office].

• Direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you [or: are borne by us — choose one].
• Goods should be returned complete, with accessories, manuals and, where possible, the original packaging.
• You are liable only for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Refunds

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, we will not refund the extra cost.

5. Exceptions

Under Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery;
• sealed audio, video recordings or software, once unsealed after delivery;
• digital content not supplied on a physical medium, once supply has started with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal;
• services fully performed, if performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgment.
